FAME initially selected Third Wave to design and implement a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that would allow their on-premise student information systems to communicate with their cloud hosted financial aid platform reliably and efficiently. The same SOA platform was later used to integrate FAME’s legacy systems as well. Third Wave then went on to modernize their existing document management system using ASP.NET WEB API, KendoUI and NHibernate. The initiatives implemented by Third Wave still serve as reference implementations for FAME’s internal team as they continue to enhance their popular platform.
In addition to providing software development services, FAME looked to Third Wave to help them perfect their internal Agile process. Third Wave was able to personalize a coaching and training program that helped FAME maximize their significant investment in Agile methodology.
